June 2000 - April 2002: Nortel Networks, Madrid, Spain
Worked as support specialist for Nortel's voice over IP products.

Travelled to France to prime the development of a voice-over-IP (using SIP) trial for France Telecom.
Installed a voice-over-IP (SIP) platform in the prestigious SIMO expo in Madrid at the request of Vodafone. Set up and delivered numerous demos for customers, aiding sales teams.
